The opportunity

By 5 October 2026, all registered charities must complete a governance review under the Charities Amendment Act 2023.

Charities will need to confirm completion in their annual return.

The entry point. Your board and leadership team complete 8 guided strategy sprints — each designed to take 15 minutes. No workshops. No scheduling headaches. Everyone works in their own time, on any device.

The 8 sprints included:

✅ Mission — Reassess what you do, who you serve, and why it matters.

✅ Values — Check whether your values are shaping decisions, not just decorating a wall.

Once your team has completed the sprints, I analyse every response. I identify key themes, surface strategic insights, and draft practical recommendations tailored to your charity. You receive a clear written analysis — not a generic template.

Stage 6 — Execute
